By using ToyzPool you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

ToyzPool is the trading name of the business that operates this store. Our full registered business name and address are being finalised and will be published here before we begin accepting orders. Until then, please reach us using the details on our contact page.

Orders should be placed by an adult, or by someone otherwise legally capable of entering into a contract. Toys are sold for use by children under adult supervision in line with the age guidance on the product.

The store does not offer customer accounts. Your cart and wishlist live in your own browser.

We describe each toy as accurately as we can, and we show the manufacturer's age recommendation where we have it. Colours can vary slightly between a photograph and the item in your hands.

Age guidance is a safety recommendation, not a difficulty rating. Please read it, along with any warnings on the packaging, before giving a toy to a child. See Product Safety.

Please note: ToyzPool is not yet accepting online orders or payments. You can browse, save a wishlist and build a cart, but checkout is not open. Sections below that describe orders, payment, delivery and refunds will apply from the day ordering opens, and will be updated with final timelines before then.

When ordering opens: placing an order is an offer to buy. A confirmation that we have received your order is an acknowledgement, not acceptance. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot accept an order — for example because an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error — we will tell you and refund anything already collected in full.

Prices are in Indian Rupees. Any mandatory charge is shown before you confirm an order — we do not add fees at the last step, and nothing is pre-added to your cart.

These are set out in Returns & Refunds, which currently allows 7 days to request a return.

The ToyzPool name, the site design and our own copy belong to us. Product photographs may belong to the manufacturer or supplier. Please do not copy any of it for commercial use without permission.

Please do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or submit false reviews.

We take responsibility for goods we sell being as described and of satisfactory quality, and for delivering them. Where the law allows us to limit other liability, we limit it to the amount you paid for the item concerned.

Nothing in these terms removes or reduces your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that applies to you. Where a term here conflicts with those rights, your rights win.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural events, strikes or carrier disruption. We will tell you and offer a refund or a new date where a delay is significant.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it. The date at the top shows the last revision.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
