Payment & Pricing

Please note: ToyzPool is not yet accepting online orders or payments. You can browse, save a wishlist and build a cart, but checkout is not open. Sections below that describe orders, payment, delivery and refunds will apply from the day ordering opens, and will be updated with final timelines before then.

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless the product page says otherwise. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay for that item.

Where you see a higher price struck through next to the selling price, that higher figure is a genuine reference price for that specific product — its printed maximum retail price, or a regular price we have actually charged. The percentage shown is calculated from those two real numbers.

We do not invent comparison prices. Most products on this store show a single price and no discount, because no verified higher price exists for them. We would rather show one honest price than manufacture a saving.

We do not use pressure tactics. Specifically, you will not find on this site:

• countdown timers that reset, or deadlines that are not real;
• "only 1 left" unless that is the actual stock figure;
• "X people are viewing this" or invented purchase notifications;
• items or services added to your cart that you did not choose;
• charges revealed only at the final step;
• reviews or ratings we wrote ourselves.

If a price is displayed incorrectly because of a genuine error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We will not simply charge you the higher amount.

No payment provider is integrated yet. When one is, it will be named here, and card or banking details will be handled by that provider — ToyzPool will not store your card number.
