Privacy Policy

ToyzPool is the trading name of the business that operates this store. Our full registered business name and address are being finalised and will be published here before we begin accepting orders. Until then, please reach us using the details on our contact page.

We keep this deliberately small. Today the store collects:

• Your email address, if you join the Play Club. That is the only field the sign-up asks for.
• A review you choose to write — the name you type, an optional location, your rating and your review text. Reviews are held for moderation before anything appears on the site.
• Anything you write to us when you contact customer care.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect a billing address, delivery address or payment details, because the store does not take orders or payments yet. When ordering opens, this page will be updated before any of that is collected.

Your cart, wishlist, recent searches and a delivery PIN code you check are stored on your own device using browser storage. They are not sent to us, not linked to you, and clearing your browser data removes them.

Like any website, our hosting and database providers process technical request data such as IP address, browser type and timestamps in order to serve pages and to keep the service secure and available. We do not use this to build a profile of you.

The store does not currently run analytics or advertising tracking. If that changes, we will say so on this page and ask for your choice first.

• To send Play Club email you asked for, and for no other purpose.
• To publish reviews you submit, after moderation.
• To answer your questions and resolve complaints.
• To keep the site secure, available and free of abuse.

We use a small number of service providers to run the store:

• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and image storage.
• Supabase — the database that holds the catalogue, reviews and Play Club sign-ups.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. No payment provider or courier is integrated yet; when they are, they will be named here.

We sell toys for children, but the site is not designed for children to use to give us their information. Purchases and sign-ups should be made by an adult, or by someone otherwise legally able to enter into the transaction.

Age guidance shown on a product is information about that toy. We do not ask for a child's name, age or birthday, and we do not build profiles of children.

If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

• Play Club email: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
• Reviews: for as long as the review is published, or until you ask us to remove it.
• Support messages: for as long as needed to resolve the matter and keep a record of it.

The site is served only over HTTPS. Access to the database is restricted by row-level security rules, so the public site can read the catalogue but cannot read sign-up lists or unpublished reviews. Administrative access is limited to named accounts. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can withdraw consent for Play Club email at any time — every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also simply write to us.

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it give you rights over your personal data. As those provisions come into force, we will meet the obligations that apply to us and update this page. Your rights under consumer law are unaffected by anything on this page.

If we start collecting something new — for example when checkout opens — we will update this page and change the date at the top before that collection begins.
